Join us for a special Indian Cooking Class with Mohamed Hamed, Executive Chef of Helnan Hotel Dreamland, 6th of October City.
Learn the typical ingredients and preparation techniques of Indian cuisine and so enrich your cuisine repertoire. This Indian cooking class includes hands-on practice in preparing 3 starters, 4 main course dishes and two desserts.
Chef Mohamed Hamed has more than 20 years work experience as Executive Chef of various 5 star hotels as well as being Culinary Instructor of the Culinary Training Centres Egypt. As Executive Chef he worked for many years in Oberoi Hotels, the renowned Indian hotel management chain, where he gained his expertise in Indian cuisine.
