Short biography Ali Nasreldin:

Ali Nasreldin has extensive experience in all facets of hospitality management including planning, marketing, cost analysis, budgeting, expense control, training and development. He is an accomplished hospitality industry professional specialized in international franchise operations.

Ali Nasreldin has 24 years international experience in food retail, banquets, fast food, cafes, and casual dining restaurants from work in Egypt, Italy, USA, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. He has worked for and managed various brands such as Chili’s, Carino’s, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Zio’s Italian, Cinnamonster, and Saj Express.
Ali Nasreldin is now based in Egypt and sharing his knowledge and expertise as a freelance F & B and Operations Consultant. He is also a proud and active Associated Member of the Egyptian Chefs Association for which he conducts several hospitality management workshops.
