Who is it for?

Management staff whose work is related to handling foods and whom will be a part of your HACCP team in the operation. The HACPP team will be responsible for following up, maintaining and monitoring the HACCP system implementation in your operation. Managers of departments such as kitchen, stewarding, service, receiving, stores and engineering should be included in your HACCP team.

Certification

Green HACCP certificate (gold) including ECA logo upon passing the final exam with success.
Green HACCP attendance certificate (silver) including ECA logo in case of failing the final exam.

Language: Arabic

Number of attendees: 10 to 15 maximum
