Brioche and doughnuts are popular items to be served, especially with breakfast and morning coffee breaks.

In this workshop you will learn the technique of making the perfect brioche and doughnut.

Chef Hussein Hamdy has acquired 17 years experience in the field of professional baking. He worked in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as Head Baker Chef in Narcissus Hotel Residence and at the Braira Hotel. He was also the Head Bakery Chef of the opening team of the Tulip Cairo Hotel and the St. Regis Hotel in Cairo. Now he has joined AM Foods as their technical chef.
