This fall the Red Sea Chefs Chapter organized a delightful party to celebrate "1 Year Red Sea Chefs" and "15 Years ECA Anniversary" at the Hilton Hurghada Plaza.
Along with the sponsors of the celebration, chefs and friends from near and far gathered under the stars at the beach garden of the Hilton Hurghada Plaza, to enjoy some fabulous foods prepared by the Red Sea Chefs. The evening was a great success as kitchen teams of different hotels all worked together, each preparing the section of the buffet they excel in, from canapés to salads, grill items to desserts, all accompanied by an excellent bread display.
While Egypt Bakery Stores were responsible for the delicious bread selection, Makro Egypt delivered the high quality ingredients for the chefs. The beverages were supplied by Ramses Fresh, Egyptian Beverage Company, Unilever Foodsolutions and Swedish Café. The different foods were prepared by the chefs of Hilton Hurghada Plaza, Robinson Club Soma Bay, Sheraton Soma Bay, Residence Cascades Soma Bay, Serenity Fun City and Movenpick Hurghada, while the Movenpick El Quseir brought in the fruits displays.
The Egyptian Chefs Association wishes to say a special thank you to Chef Essam Sayed, Chairman of the Red Sea Chefs Chapter, and his colleagues Chef Adel Adly, Chef Waheed Moustafa, Chef Kamal Salama, Chef Hisham Khalil and Chef Nageh Ahmed for their great efforts in working all together to make the evening such a success.
The Egyptian Chefs Association also wishes to say a special thanks to General Manager Wael Allam and his dedicated team at the Hilton Hurghada Plaza for hosting the event, which was truly enjoyed by all.
