Highly Skilled Chef de Cuisine required for a VIP family residence in Cairo.

The position is based on the family estate in Cairo; however it will incorporate some travel in the summer months. The family enjoys a healthy lifestyle and eats very healthy nutritious food, primarily based on the Mediterranean style of eating but with lots of fresh vegetables, salads, fish and organic meat.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of pastry is a must.
  • The Chef must have a keen interest in food and nutrition.
  • Ability to cook for dinner parties (assistance will be bought in for larger numbers).
  • Previously work with VIP families or as Executive Chef at 5 star restaurants or hotels, is preferred.
  • Able to make jams, preserves, chutneys, bake for special occasions, etc.
