Certified Participants in "Sauces Preparation" Training Workshop

The Egyptian Chefs Association (ECA) has concluded the 3-day intensive training workshop "Sauces Preparation" that was held from Tuesday 24th till Thursday 26th of April.

The training workshop had 22 chefs participating from different 4-5 star hospitality establishments. The participants got hands-on experience in preparing a selection of classical hot sauces as well as coulis, contemporary broths, etc.
