REGISTRATION FORM - Safe Food Everyone's Responsibility

The Egyptian Chefs Association is organizing the "Safe Food Everyone's Responsibility", a 2-day hygiene awareness workshop on 26 & 27 February.
The 5 main messages of the course: care about your customer, safe ingredients, correct temperatures, clean work environment & utensils and personal hygiene are presented with the aid of video and color slides to ensure a better understanding and awareness of staff responsibilities in sustaining hygiene standards.
The 2-day workshop will be conducted entirely in Arabic from teaching to training materials. The workshop will be held on 26 & 27 February in Cairo. Participants will receive a certification upon completing the exam successfully.
Registration fee is LE 280 for ECA-members and LE 375 for non-members. Both registration fee and application form should be submitted to the ECA office before Thursday 15 February.
Maintaining hygiene standards starts with staff's awareness of their responsibility within the food preparation cycle to produce and serve safe food at all times.
