Competition Training Workshop 14 - 16 March
The ECA is organizing the "Competition Training Workshop" in cooperation with Chef Essam Sayed in order to get the chefs of the Red Sea Region in shape for the Hurghada Salon Culinaire'12 competition. The training workshop will be held at Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort from 14 - 16 March.
