ECA Hobby Chef will take you into the kitchen of Bua Khao Thai Restaurant in Maadi, where owner, Yuphadee Sawamiwast (better known as Toi) will show you the ins and outs of Thai cooking, and give you hands-on experience in creating Thai delights. Toi will also show you how to prepare refreshing juices and smoothies, excellent for the hot summer months and as perfect taste match with the Thai dishes. The cooking session will start at 10.00hrs, followed by tasting lunch in the restaurant.
