Adding to this year’s distinction, Chef Hossam Soliman, Culinary Director of Steigenberger Hotel – El Tahrir and President of the Egyptian Chefs Association, will serve as a judge in the Golden Knives Competition in China and in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition in Morocco. His presence further cements Egypt’s role as a respected authority in global culinary circles.
At its heart, these milestones reflect the mission of the Egyptian Chefs Association: to empower chefs, elevate Egyptian cuisine, and ensure that our nation’s culinary identity is recognized worldwide. As these chefs step into the international spotlight, we are confident they will make Egypt proud, carrying with them not only their personal ambitions but also the honor and heritage of the Egyptian culinary community.
