A Restaurants Company, in Cairo, is seeking the following positions:
- Sous Chef
- Experience: Not less than 10 years in restaurants
- Salary: 12000 LE – 15000 LE
- Task: Managing the daily operations of the kitchen, assisting the executive chef with administrative tasks, supervising the kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and kitchen safety.
- Chef de Partie Hot Kitchen
- Experience: 7 – 10 years in the hot kitchen section
- Salary: 10000 LE – 13000 LE
- Task: Managing and operating the hot section (grills, fried items, casseroles, sauces), ensuring food quality, supervising Commis chefs, and managing inventory to ensure operational efficiency and the implementation of food safety standards.
- 1st Commis
- Experience: 3 – 5 years in the hot kitchen section
- Salary: 7000 LE – 9000 LE
- Task: Executing orders, Adhering to speed and cleanliness standards, Working under pressure.
- Casheir
- Experience: 1 year
- Salary: 6000 LE – 7500 LE
- Task: Handling customers and implementing customer service rules, Operating the system, Receiving and handing over deposits/safekeeping items, Overseeing and managing deliveries.
- Steward
- Experience is preferred but not a must.
- Salary: 5000 LE – 6000 LE
- Task: Kitchen and utensil cleanliness, Adhering to safety rules.
