A new and distinctive restaurant in Sheikh Zayed is looking for a Head Chef with strong experience of no less than 10 years in professional kitchens, preferably with experience in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian or Lebanese). The chef will be responsible for menu development and innovation, kitchen management, and team training, while maintaining the highest level of quality.

The position is in an upscale venue and an ambitious project. The salary is high, in addition to incentives and performance-based bonuses.
