About the Role

Nefertem is a luxury Nile Yacht experience operating on the Luxor-to-Aswan route and managed by Apex Hospitality. They are seeking an Executive Chef who leads with both craft and composure, someone capable of designing and executing a refined tasting menu that reflects the elegance of the Nile and the richness of Egyptian and Mediterranean culinary traditions.

What They Are Looking For

A creative, disciplined chef with proven fine dining or luxury hospitality experience, strong knowledge of modern plating and tasting menu composition, and the ability to lead a small kitchen team with calm authority. Experience in boutique or intimate dining environments is a strong advantage.
