• Head Chef

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the entire kitchen according to the highest efficiency standards
• Develop practical, executable menus that align with operational reality
• Ensure consistency and quality control of all dishes
• Manage and develop the kitchen team and improve their efficiency
• Control costs and waste (food cost & waste management)
• Implement food safety standards (HACCP)
• Achieve clear, measurable key performance indicators

Requirements (Essential):

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Clear track record in kitchen management and operations
• High ability to work under pressure and make decisions
• Strong, decisive leadership personality with operational flexibility
• Deep understanding of cost and resource management
• Willingness to work hands-on in the kitchen on a daily basis
