1. Bakery Chef Assistant
Requirements:
- Age: 25–40 years old (Male or Female).
- Experience: 3–5 years in baking, preferably in a similar field. (Candidates without direct baking experience must have 2–3 years of experience in any sector, combined with a strong capacity to learn).
- Experience or knowledge of Cinnamon Rolls, Focaccia, and Sourdough.
- Willingness to learn, fast comprehension, and the ability to adapt to new recipes.
- Dedication, hygiene, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Team player who adheres to the head chef’s instructions.
- Must reside in 6th of October City or nearby areas.

2. Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Age: 22–27 years old (Male or Female).
- Experience: 2–4 years in preparing salads, jams, sandwiches, and sauces.
- Proficiency in knife skills and various cutting techniques.
- Basic English skills.
- Fast learner with a desire to master new recipes.
- Strong commitment to personal hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness.
- Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Capability to step up and handle the Head Chef’s duties in their absence.
- Must reside in 6th of October City or nearby areas.
