Chef Anoob Ashraf brings more than two decades of international culinary expertise and a distinguished career within The Ritz-Carlton brand. Prior to joining The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo, he served as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage In-Charge at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Oman, where he oversaw six dining venues, extensive banquet operations, and led a large culinary and food & beverage team. He is also a Culinary Advisory Board member for EMEA Marriott Hotels, which is responsible for all Marriott Hotels in Egypt.

At The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo, Chef Anoob is responsible for driving the hotel’s culinary vision across its acclaimed restaurants and events. Drawing on his global experience, award-winning achievements, and passion for creating memorable dining experiences, he continues to elevate Cairo’s vibrant culinary landscape.
