Chef Yasser Jad is a distinguished Saudi culinary professional and Advisor in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Development, with more than 30 years of managerial experience in Saudi Arabian Airlines Catering, spanning in-flight kitchens, catering operations, Quality Control, and Total Quality Performance.

He is the Founder and President of the Saudi Arabian Chefs Association (SARCA), representing Saudi Arabia internationally through the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (Worldchefs) since 2009. He is also an acclaimed certified international culinary judge, recognized by Worldchefs, and has served as a judge on several episodes of Top Chef on LBC Channel and Master Chef on Saudi Channel.

Throughout his career, Chef Yasser has contributed significantly to the development of Saudi culinary talent, professional standards, international culinary art competitions, hospitality initiatives, and the international representation of Saudi Arabia’s culinary sector.

More recently, Chef Yasser has held executive-level positions, providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of Culinary Arts and Hospitality strategies for a confidential organization.
