Worldchefs Certified Regional Judge

Chef Zohaira Shawish is a culinary educator, consultant, and certified WorldChefs Regional Judge. With a background in culinary arts training and professional development, she serves as an ECA Chef Instructor.

Zohaira co-founded Peels Kitchen Egypt for Training and Consultations and has contributed to the development of chef training programs as a Subject Matter Expert. Trained at the Culinary Training Center of Egypt under Chef Markus Iten, she combines technical expertise with a passion for culinary education, competition coaching, and industry advancement. Through her work with chefs, students, and hospitality professionals, she actively promotes excellence, innovation, and lifelong learning within the culinary community across Egypt and the wider region.
