Chef Hossam Soliman is an accomplished culinary professional with a rich and diverse career spanning various prestigious establishments. His journey began at the Cairo Sheraton, where he honed his skills before venturing to Germany, at the Dusseldorf InterContinental. Upon his return to Egypt, he continued his culinary endeavors with the InterContinental and currently holds the esteemed position of Executive Chef at Steigenberger El Tahrir.

Notably, Chef Hossam was a pivotal member of the first Egyptian National Team at the IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany in 2000, achieving remarkable success with one silver and two bronze medals. His dedication to culinary excellence is evident in his role as a mentor, guiding numerous Egyptian chefs to success in national and international competitions.

Under Chef Hossam’s leadership in 2008, the Culinary Ambassadors of Egypt achieved outstanding results at the IKA Culinary Olympics, securing 8 medals, including 5 Gold, 2 Silver, and 1 Bronze. His expertise is further underscored by his certification as an Executive Chef by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). Additionally, Chef Hossam is a Worldchefs Certified Judge and an esteemed member of the Culinary Competitions Committee. His commitment to culinary innovation and mentorship continues to shape the landscape of the culinary world.
