Omar Ahmed Abdel Moneim Hamada, a Bachelor of Hotel Management, embarked on his culinary journey in 1994 at Omar Oasis. Throughout his illustrious career, he has honed his craft at renowned establishments including Forte Grand Pyramids, Samiramis Intercontinental, Holiday Inn Sharm, Crown Plaza Sharm, Intercontinental Soma Bay, Intercontinental City Stars, and the California Group. Currently, he serves as the Director of Operations and Executive Chef of Longhorn and Fuego.

Chef Omar’s culinary prowess has not gone unnoticed. In 2006, he made his mark as a contestant in the Egyptian Chefs Association before joining the Egyptian National Team of Chefs. He proudly represented Egypt with the Young Chefs Team in the prestigious African Culinary Cup competition. Recognized for his talent, the Egyptian Chefs Association handpicked him to compete in the esteemed Best Chef, Global Chef competition, organized by the WorldChefs. Furthermore, he holds the esteemed title of WorldChefs Certified Continental Judge.

Continuing his commitment to culinary excellence, Chef Omar plays a pivotal role as one of the trainers for the Chefs Ambassadors of Egypt. In this capacity, he imparts his expertise to aspiring chefs who will proudly represent Egypt on the international stage.
