ECA Training Coverage

The Egyptian Chefs Association, in strategic collaboration with TÜV NORD Egypt, recently held a comprehensive 2-day training course on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), aimed at empowering food professionals with the tools and knowledge needed to uphold global food safety standards.
This intermediate-level program attracted culinary professionals, food safety officers, and kitchen managers who are serious about implementing internationally recognized food handling and preparation protocols.
The training was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application, walking participants through the entire HACCP framework with practical examples and expert-led sessions.

The course took a deep dive into the core elements of the HACCP system, focusing on the five preliminary steps and the seven principles—critical to establishing and maintaining a robust food safety management system.

This training reflects the Egyptian Chefs Association’s ongoing commitment to raising the bar for food safety education and professional development in Egypt’s culinary sector. Through partnerships with global certifiers like TÜV NORD Egypt, ECA continues to bring high-impact, globally aligned training opportunities to chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality professionals across the country.
