Every product is sanitized through an automatic clean in place system, and the entire range complies with Codex Alimentarius, which sets global rules that protect consumers and ensure fairness in food trade. Their factories are ISO certified and FDA approved, and they remain the only entity in Egypt producing organic products that stay close to nature in both process and character.
Sakr Group is built on three major companies, each shaping a different part of the food landscape:
Founded in 1985, it has grown into one of Egypt’s largest importers. In 1989, the company formed a partnership with Fonterra, becoming the sole agent for NZMP bulk butter in Egypt for more than 30 years. Today, it is a key importer of frozen food, including its long-standing alliance with BRF (One Foods) that brings “Perdix” chicken from Brazil, along with meat and fish from the United States, Europe, and beyond.
Established in 1998, this arm of the group produces more than 640 million packs of juice and milk each year. These products reach consumers in 70 countries and across Egypt. The company continues to build on its passion for industrial innovation through consistent quality and trusted production practices.
The group’s earliest factories began here in the 1990s. This division specializes in core dairy products made with top-tier New Zealand ingredients. Their goal is simple: deliver dependable dairy to families every day.
