He has worked in several prestigious luxury global hotel brands, including Marriott International, Le Méridien, Conrad International, Crowne Plaza, St. Regis, and Kempinski. He is also a graduate of the October Culinary Arts Academy in Egypt, which is accredited by City & Guilds London.

His international competitive experience includes being selected to represent Egypt at the 2010 World Culinary Cup in Luxembourg. In 2019, he won first runner-up and a silver medal at the WACS World Global Pastry Challenge in South Africa. Additionally, he participated several times in the African Pastry Cup Championship in Morocco in 2018 and progressed to the World Cup in Lyon, France in 2019 as team coach. He had the honor of being coach and president of the Egypt Pastry Team and one of the community juries for the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie African. He is also a Board Member of the Egypt Chefs Association, the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie Lyon-France Team Egypt Coach, a participant in the Culinary Arts & Hot Kitchen Competition Seminar in Cairo, and a Certified Worldchefs Pastry Arts Continental Judge.
