WORLDCHEFS Certified Judge

Christos Gkotsis is a certified Executive Chef and WORLDCHEFS-certified Judge. He studied Culinary Arts at the Organization of Tourism Education and Training in Greece and has built his career working in leading 5-star hotels across the country.

Since 2006, Chef Gkotsis has been a Culinary Arts Instructor and currently teaches at ALFA Educational Institution. He has represented Greece in numerous international competitions and has served as a judge at culinary events worldwide.

From 2013 to 2024, he was an active Committee Member of World Chefs Without Borders and from 2020 to 2024, of the Worldchefs Military Culinary Competition Committee. He is also Chairman of Culinary Professionals Greece and Organizing Chairman for national culinary competitions.

As Team Manager of the Greek Culinary Team, he led Greece to win bronze medals at both the IKA/Culinary Olympics 2020 in Stuttgart and the Culinary World Cup 2022.
