The company’s culinary research draws on documented international culinary references, including published work by chefs and authors such as Gordon Ramsay, Julia Child, Thomas Keller, and Wolfgang Puck, as well as established culinary references including The Silver Palate Cookbook. These references form part of a broader research process through which techniques and ideas are studied, tested, and adapted to LOriental Moments’ own recipes, ingredients, operational requirements, and event service formats. The company also develops contemporary interpretations of Egyptian and regional cuisine.

The company has also placed a strong emphasis on food safety and formal operational standards. LOriental Moments operates from New Cairo, is ISO 22000:2018 certified, registered with Egypt’s National Food Safety Authority, and licensed by the Industrial Development Authority.
