Ayman Attia Bio

Ayman Attia is a seasoned Cost Controller at Steigenberger Hotel El Tahrir, bringing over 21 years of extensive experience in hotel accounting across various multinational brands. His expertise encompasses cost control, HACCP, and hygiene programs, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

 

Ayman graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, which laid a strong foundation for his distinguished career in the hospitality industry. He has held pivotal roles such as F&B Cost Controller at Helnan Dreamland Hotel, 6th of October, Sheraton Dreamland Hotel, and Rotana Coral Beach Hurghada. Additionally, he served as the Head Storekeeper at Rotana Coral Beach Hurghada, where he honed his skills in inventory management.

 

Given his comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience, Ayman is the ideal candidate to deliver the ECA Food Cost training. His ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner, combined with his real-world expertise, ensures that participants will gain valuable insights and practical skills to effectively manage food costs in their own operations.
