Executive Pastry Chef – Mongini

Chef Ahmed Al Armaly, born in Lebanon in 1979, comes from a family deeply rooted in the culinary arts. His uncle was a master pastry chef and his grandfather specialized in oriental sweets, inspiring him from an early age to pursue the same path.

He began his career at Le Vendome InterContinental and Mövenpick Beirut during its pre-opening phase. Over the years, his journey took him to leading hotels across the region, including Al Bustan Rotana Dubai, Al Masa Hotel Cairo, Al Salam Rotana Khartoum, Park Arjaan Rotana Abu Dhabi, and InterContinental Citystars Cairo.

Through his travels and diverse experiences, Chef Ahmed refined his craft, mastering the art of blending global flavors with classic French pastry traditions. Today, he brings this expertise to his role as Executive Pastry Chef of Monginis, where he continues to innovate and inspire with his creations.
