Chef Jacques Rossel is a Swiss-trained professional chef with almost 50 years of international experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he has worked with prestigious restaurants and internationally renowned five-star hotels across Switzerland, the Middle East, and Africa, gaining extensive expertise in culinary operations, food and beverage management, quality assurance, and hospitality leadership.

Since 2016, he has served as Campus Director of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) in Amman, Jordan. In this role, he has been instrumental in shaping academic programs, strengthening industry partnerships, and mentoring future chefs and hospitality professionals. Under his leadership, RACA has reinforced its position as one of the region’s leading hospitality education institutions and a proud member of the network of EHL-certified schools.

Established in 2008, RACA is an applied university specializing in culinary arts and food and beverage management, offering industry-focused education that combines academic excellence with extensive practical training to prepare graduates for successful careers in the global hospitality industry.
