French Pastry Training Workshop
4th & 5th of June

Opera Cake The Egyptian Chefs Association is organizing a 2-day intensive training workshop on "French Pastry".

The training workshop covers the basic practical techniques used in preparing pastries, as well as introduce the equipment and utensils. Students will also get hands-on experience in how to prepare high quality, delicious French pastries.

WACS Congress'12 Sets a New Guinness World Record!
